The inaugural edition of the Fujian Youth Anti-Drug Knowledge Competition concluded recently in Fuzhou. The Xiamen delegation ranked first out of 11 teams competing in the event, which was held by Fujian's Anti-drug Office and its Department of Education.

　　Xiamen's education bureau launched in May an online anti-drug knowledge campaign. Nearly 360,000 local students spanning from grades five through eleven participated. Li Yixuan, Fu Yuqi and Xie Huan of the Xiamen Foreign Language School and the Jimei Industry School advanced to the live competition in Fuzhou.

　　Xiamen is home to more than 170 anti-drug publicity classrooms and courses in local schools through the fifth to eleventh grades.
